Nothing beats talking to Customers & Prospects (think: designing strategies, experiences, offers, campaigns...that win in market).

So we're loving testing & using ChatGPT to make Research more affordable - particularly for our small & medium sized business clients, who get so much value, but can find the cost a stretch.

As expected, you need to:
* know what & how to ask for things (i.e how to write a good prompt)
* quality check, make outputs specific, enhance, sometimes re-create.

But so far, we're finding we can shave hours off some projects.

As has been said, there are limitations & risks to be aware of, but "it's kind of like having a team member with 2-3yrs experience IN EVERYTHING". A great way to streamline getting started.

We're testing other use-cases too, and finding similar results for Marketing. Briefs, desk research, hypothesis concepts are the big time savers but, so far, ad copy creation is a no go for us.
