26 degrees,☀️ warm rain, lunch time cocktails, all day swimming and lazy day naps😁

I got back from Rarotonga on Friday and now that I've gotten over the shock of being back in wintry New Plymouth I'm getting back into the swing of things here in the office!

My little guy was looking for 'olibes' in the fridge yesterday which got me inspired...
After a walk in the rain home made pizza was the perfect thing to warm us up😂

Are you too busy for your potential customer?

Social media is ONE aspect of your business.
Creating content and encouraging engagement is just the FIRST STEP.

Many businesses make the mistake of being too busy for their customers, or just not taking the time to have a short chat with them at the first point of contact.

If you are receiving questions from potential clients and sending them directly to a link WITHOUT chatting to them first, you’re going to signal to this person that you are too busy for THEM.

People want to connect with YOU not a page link. If they ask the price of a specific product or service, then tell them. Don’t just send them to a link.

Generate a CONVERSATION with this potential customer as this is THE WHOLE POINT of social media. Ask if they have used this type of service or product in the past, why they might be needing it. You don’t need to spend all day talking to them, just a moment.

Make time for your potential customers, they may not be ready to buy from you just yet, but conversation is the first step in the ‘know - like - trust’ process.
