I am offering a Marketing Service for Realtors to free up sometime for you. Realtors are very busy with clients, phone calls, driving around, offers and trying to squeeze in family time as well. I am offering to do your Social Media (Facebook) and Kijiji postings for the properties that you currently have listed on realtor.ca (MLS).
All that needs to be forwarded is the listing (MLS) numbers and the contact information that needs to be included. I know that Realtors are very particular about their listings because that's what sells their properties. I would be taking all property information from the realtor.ca to ensure there would be no concerns with the listings I post on Facebook and/or Kijiji. I also will promote your Open Houses on Facebook and Kijiji or post a Ad about you to promote you as a Realtor.
My rates are $20/Ad (much cheaper than companies that charge a fortune to manage the Marketing) and I am not expecting any commission from the properties sold, this just creates more work for you, having to keep track of this. Just a flat rate per posting. Payment can be forwarded via E-transfer to the email address [email protected].
