If I was YOUR messaging strategist in 2024, I would likely be recommending that you…

⭐ Consider yourself a thought leader, not a content creator (quality over quantity); less TOFU (top of funnel) content, more idea-led, high value stuff

⭐ Revisit your messaging architecture, refine to ensure you’re differentiated, focus *only* on what matters

⭐ Create a plan to repurpose good stuff you’ve already got

⭐ Focus on nurturing your audience through email (and worry less about underperforming/unreliable social channels)

⭐ Consider any website updates through an intentional UX/UI lens. Web design isn't just about pretty pages

⭐ Explore more interactive + dynamic storytelling on your website

⭐ Double-down on humanised, nuanced context (the stories that differentiate you from AI-generated fluff)

I don't focus on 'trends', but both audience sentiment and technology are constantly changing in a way that means we need to flex and revisit our strategies to suit.

AI and the impacts of generative search are of course influencing how we need to think about content.

I'm always considering the 'what's ahead' when it comes to content for my clients.
