Super stoked to have worked with my friends at Hale Animal Health to design and build their brand new website at https://haleanimal.co.nz/

They produce scientifically formulated pet health supplements to help give your pets their best life. As well as producing products based on natural NZ-sourced ingredients, they're working with Helius Therapeutics to produce supplements taking advantage of Cannabidiol's ability to ease pain and anxiety in suffering pets.

I’m very pleased to have recently launched a new website with Galbraith's Alehouse in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown! https://alehouse.co.nz/

We refreshed and modernised their online presence with a custom designed website built on the Wordpress platform. Their small scale site features a one-page architecture that allows visitors to scan content easily, find what they’re looking for, and meet the Galbraith’s brand.

It was important that Galbraith’s staff could easily update beer and food menus so I created a streamlined content management system that gives them complete control.

Galbraith’s Alehouse is taking bookings through their new site and I thoroughly recommend stopping in for a tasty Real Ale if you get the chance!

Are you a Web Design student looking to build real world experience for your portfolio?

Do you want to build websites as a freelancer but lack the experience to confidently lead and manage a solo project?

Work with me as a contractor on projects for clients that you discover. When you successfully introduce a client to Philip Sole Web Design, you will then be able to:

1. Pair program with me.
2. Learn about all aspects of running a freelance business.
4. Get paid for any parts of the project that are within your capabilities and which you contribute to the final product.
5. Have real-world work you'll be able to add to your portfolio.

The total time allocated to your learning will be 15% of the total project hours billed to the client. e.g. 40 billed hours = 6 hours of 1:1 mentoring/learning on the job with me.

The amount of hours you can do paid work is unlimited, and any chunk of the project that is within your skill set, I'll encourage you to take responsibility for. The hourly rate paid will be commensurate with your abilities but will be NZD$25p/h minimum.

We will work together remotely so you can be anywhere in the world with a fast internet connection! I'm currently in Copenhagen, Denmark, and returning to Auckland, NZ, in September.
