"Which AI tool should we use?" is the wrong first question.
Here's a better one: where is the work actually breaking down right now?
Most businesses we sit down with already have a CRM. Already have ChatGPT open in a tab.
Already tried an automation or two. None of it stuck, because nobody mapped where the handoffs were failing first.
A lead comes in. It sits in the CRM at "new" for four days because nobody's job is to move it.
A form gets filled out, and the reply comes from whoever happens to check email that day.
Staff use AI differently — one writes prompts, one ignores it, one copies and pastes without checking.
This isn't a tool problem. It's a mapping problem. Before you add anything new, walk the actual path a lead or task takes through your business. Where does it stall? Who's supposed to act next, and do they know it?
Once that's visible, the right tools become obvious. Before that, you're just guessing with software. Book your Free AI Business Audit.
