Profiling client work 🧐 from Computer Services & Information Technology Limited... but, what is a white paper and why create one?

What Is a White Paper?
A white paper is a concise report on a complex issue that informs readers of the issuing person/businesses' philosophy on it.

What can it do?
- Establish authority on this particular topic
- Educate your audience - sometimes we can miss the 'Big Why'
- Enhance search engine optimisation if keyword researched and optimised

And of course, it could also attract leads or assist with positioning your business to support sales efforts...

We are very proud to have had the opportunity to produce this work, and also set up the associated landing page and data capture mechanism: https://lp.computerservices.co.nz/whitepaper

Understanding your ideal customer is crucial for creating effective marketing strategies and delivering exceptional products or services. That’s where buyer personas come in. 🎯

A buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer based on research, data, and insights. It encompasses:

🔹 Demographics: Basic details like age, gender, and job title.
🔹 Psychographics: Interests, values, and lifestyle.
🔹 Goals & Challenges: What they aim to achieve and the obstacles they face.
🔹 Pain Points: Problems your product or service can solve.
🔹 Buying Behavior: Their decision-making process and preferred channels.
🔹 Preferred Communication Channels: How they like to receive information.

Why are buyer personas so vital?

Targeted Marketing: Craft messages that truly resonate with your audience.
Product Development: Align your offerings with customer needs.
Sales Strategy: Enhance your pitch by understanding their pain points.
Customer Experience: Improve overall satisfaction by addressing specific needs.
Dive deep into your audience's world, and use this knowledge to create more impactful marketing strategies and foster stronger customer relationships. 🌟

Couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with The Investor Bird on debunking financial jargon. What an important economic time to be helping every day kiwis with financial literacy and investing.

There is a LOT of jargon in the finance industry, and it can be off-putting.

I'm here to debunk this, since investing and wealth creation shouldn't be confusing...

LVR: stands for loan-to-value ratio. This means how much the bank will lend against a mortgaged property, compared to it's total value. For example, a $1million property with a $500k mortgage = 50% LVR.

For property investors, the minimum LVR is 30%.

There are other rules and conditions for potential property investors too, but understanding and satisfying LVR is a major first step of property investing.
