Living with HIV does not make someone weak, broken, or unworthy.
HIV is treatable, manageable, and people living with it can work, love, dream, and live full lives.
The real harm comes from fear, judgment, and gossip.

Spreading rumours or talking behind someone’s back hurts far more than HIV itself. Stigma isolates, shames, and keeps people from care and hope.

We all have a choice: compassion or judgment, understanding or fear.
Choose humanity. Choose love. Stand with people living with HIV. Protect their dignity. Respect their lives.
