Building a business in PNG is hard and not for the weak, everyday as a MD i think of how i will bring this idea into reality, how to push this organisation forward and how i will manage whatever resources i have to make sure the dream doesnt shattered along the way.
Made critical mistakes along the way but critical decisions have to be made to fix those mistakes and to top it all off theres no one there to help, business partners, friends, banks, family etc. So it all comes down again to how hard you as a leader you have to work to fix, stabilize and move forward your operation.
From lesson learnt the hard way, im not gonna giveup, i let so many people down and many let me down too, financially, spiritualy, mentaly and emotionally and after all these i realize the pattern and strictly steering my wheel to win.
In the last 4 months i want to say my deepest apologies to my clients and suppliers i let down and forgive the clients who let us down and thankyou to the ones who kept us going, appreciate you all and the challenges brought to the table.
