We are excited to announce that the Pilai Long Stap Wantaim (Play for Unity) Fund has been launched!

Applications are now open for this new small grants initiative supported by the Australian Government designed to strengthen community development and youth empowerment through sport in Papua New Guinea.

By supporting innovative, community-driven initiatives, Pilai Long Stap Wantaim seeks to promote gender equality, disability inclusion, peacebuilding, youth and local leadership with ideals centred in community activism.

Who can apply?

đź“ŚSports clubs and organisations (registered or unregistered)

đź“ŚCommunity groups focused on sport development

đź“ŚIndividual athletes, coaches, and volunteers

đź“ŚSchools with sports programs

đź“ŚNGOs and civil society organisations working in sport for development
