VOLUNTEER CALL FOR PEACEBUILDERS 🇵🇬

Are you passionate about creating positive changes in your community?

Do you see challenges around you and wish there was a way to help?

Do you know individuals, families, or communities facing difficulties and believe more can be done to support them?

This is your opportunity to get involved.

We are looking for interested volunteers to join us on our IFRC Limitless Peacebuilding journey as we learn, collaborate, and explore innovative ways to strengthen peace and resilience within our communities.

Peacebuilding is more than resolving conflict. It is about understanding people, building trust, supporting those facing challenges, creating opportunities, and bringing communities together to find solutions.

We believe that every community has gaps that need attention. Whether it is youth unemployment, violence, social division, misinformation, lack of opportunities, or other challenges, meaningful change begins when people step forward and choose to be part of the solution.

We are looking for people who:
✓ Care about their communities
✓ Want to learn and grow
✓ Have ideas for positive change
✓ Want to support peace and inclusion
✓ Believe young people can make a difference

No experience is required.

What matters is your willingness to listen, learn, and contribute.

Together, we will explore community challenges, understand people's needs, and develop innovative approaches that can create lasting impact.

CALL FOR FOUNDING MEMBERS – FUTURE NATION PNG 🇵🇬

Every movement starts with a small group of people who believe change is possible.

Today, Future Nation PNG (FNPNG) is looking for its first 20–50 Founding Members to help shape a youth-led movement focused on innovation, leadership, peacebuilding, entrepreneurship, technology, and community development across Papua New Guinea.

We are not looking for perfect people.

We are looking for young people who:
✅ Want to make a positive difference
✅ Have ideas for improving their communities
✅ Are willing to learn and collaborate
✅ Believe in the power of youth leadership
✅ Want to be part of something bigger than themselves

As a Founding Member, you will have the opportunity to:

🌱 Help shape the vision and direction of Future Nation PNG
🤝 Connect with like-minded youth from across the country

WHAT IS IFRC LIMITLESS AND WHY SHOULD PNG YOUTH CARE?

Imagine a world where young people are not waiting for change—they are creating it.

That is the vision behind IFRC Limitless, a global youth innovation initiative by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). Through the Solferino Academy, Limitless empowers young people to identify challenges in their communities, develop innovative solutions, and turn ideas into real impact.

Thousands of young people from around the world have already participated, learning skills in leadership, innovation, problem-solving, design thinking, and peacebuilding.

But what about Papua New Guinea?

Our country is full of challenges, but it is also full of opportunities. We face issues such as youth unemployment, community conflicts, gender-based violence, limited access to information, environmental challenges, and unequal development. Yet within our communities are talented, creative, and passionate young people who can help solve these problems.

Future Nation PNG believes that young people are not just the future of Papua New Guinea—they are a force for change today.
