Your CRM is only as honest as your last update. And nobody updates it on a busy day.

So let the actions do it. Booking moves the card. Attending moves the card. Signing moves the card.

When the pipeline maintains itself, your numbers become trustworthy - and you can finally see where deals actually stall.

Comment PIPELINE for my stage-by-stage automation map.

The goal isn’t to send more messages.

It’s to send the right message at the right time—automatically.

When the 5 days are over, move them into a monthly nurture so your relationship keeps working even when you’re busy.

Want this sequence built inside GoHighLevel? DM us “5-DAY” and let’s automate your follow-up.

The cheapest lead you will ever get is one you already paid for and forgot about.

Most businesses have hundreds sitting in a spreadsheet. One well-written question can restart a real percentage of those conversations.

Batch it. Ask a question. Hand replies to a human. That's the whole play.

Comment DBR and I'll send the 3-message reactivation script.

Reviews compound. Every new one lowers the cost of the next sale, forever.

But asking manually is awkward and you forget. So automate the ask, not the relationship - and always give unhappy customers a private route to you first.

Full build in the carousel.

Comment REVIEWS for the request message that gets me the highest response rate.

A no-show costs you the slot, the prep and the lead. Three losses from one gap in your follow-up.

Four reminders. Confirmation, day before, two hours, fifteen minutes. Plus a recovery workflow for the ones who still miss.

This is the least glamorous automation in GHL and one of the most profitable.

Comment SHOW and I'll send the exact reminder timings and copy.

Everyone agrees speed to lead matters. Almost nobody has built it.

This is the whole thing, node by node. Nothing exotic - a trigger, three actions in the first minute, then a sequence that refuses to give up until day 8.

Build it once. It works on every lead forever.

Comment 60 and I'll send the full 8-touch sequence timing.

If you only build one automation this month, build this one.

It takes 15 minutes, it costs you nothing extra, and it converts calls you were already losing. That's the definition of found money.

Full build in the carousel. The only thing that matters is that the first text sounds like a person, not a system.

Comment MCTB and I'll send the exact copy I use in the first text.

15 minutes. One Sunday. That's enough.

For everyone who's been "meaning to apply."

⏱️ MIN 1–4
Blank doc. Write EVERY repetitive task you've made faster. Any job. Any tool.
Spreadsheet formulas count. A better filing system counts.

⏱️ MIN 5–9
Pick your best 3. One sentence each:
What was annoying → what you built → what changed.
3 sentences. That's it.

⏱️ MIN 10–12
Delete the objective statement at the top of your resume.
Nobody has EVER read one.
Put those 3 sentences there instead.

⏱️ MIN 13–15
Send it. Not "polish it this week." SEND IT. 📨

The gap between hired and not-hired is rarely skill.

One group sent it Sunday.
The other is still editing.

Automation role closes Aug 28.
2 more roles open Monday.

Comment BUILD — I'll DM the link so you can't lose it.

She had the WORST resume in the pile.

She got the job.

(Composite story — details blended, pattern is real.)

❌ Formatting off
❌ Two typos
❌ Zero agency experience
❌ Retail job + church admin role

But at the bottom, under a heading she invented herself:

"Things I automated because they annoyed me."

Four items. One was a Google Form that routed volunteer sign-ups to the right team lead — because she was tired of doing it by hand every Sunday.

Nobody asked. Nobody paid her.
She built it because a repetitive thing existed and she couldn't leave it alone.

THAT'S the trait. That's what I'm hiring for.

Meanwhile: perfect resumes, 5 years experience, zero examples of fixing anything on their own initiative.

You can't train the instinct to notice friction.
You can train GoHighLevel.

Applying this month? Don't send me a list of jobs.

Send me one thing you made better because it bothered you.

Every hire is somebody's rent.

Somebody's family. Somebody's Monday morning.

Faith & Business Friday.

When you hire, you're not filling a seat. You're becoming part of how a household plans its year.

That's not a reason to avoid hiring.
It's a reason to hire carefully — and then keep your word.

So, publicly, this month:

âś… Salary ranges IN the post
(Can't say the number? You're negotiating against someone with less info than you.)

âś… A written answer to EVERY applicant
Ghosting is the cheapest cruelty in this industry. It costs someone a week of hope.

âś… No unpaid "test projects" that look like real client work.

✅ If it's a no, it's a no within 7 days — while you still have energy to apply elsewhere

None of that is generous. That's the FLOOR.

Applying somewhere this weekend? I hope you get an answer. You deserve one.

Tag someone job hunting right now.
