"Set your heart ablaze!" 🔥🏮

After months of hard work, Rengoku Kyojuro is finally finished. This piece taught me so much—especially the practical stuff, like not being too conservative with my fabric and giving the pattern plenty of allowance! (Lesson learned the hard way haha! 😅)

Re-sharing this milestone as I build the new Hand Haled PH gallery. I have so much respect for artists who work on big hoops and full-fill embroidery—it takes a looong time, but the result is so worth it.

Here's my take on the famous Ruins of Negros Occidental 🏛️🧵

A brief history: The mansion was built by Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson, a Filipino sugar baron, in memory of his Portuguese wife, Maria Braga, when she died.

The mansion is made of pure concrete and an egg white mixture was used for the finishing, giving it a white marble finish.

It was burned down during WWII leaving behind the skeletal remains of the mansion which we now see today.

For anyone planning to visit Negros Occidental, the place is a must-see ✨

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." ✨🏐

I’ve always had a deep regard for Shoyo Hinata. He’s a character who works harder than anyone, is full of enthusiasm, and never backs down. Despite his stature, he never ceases to amaze.

As I rebuild Hand Haled PH here on this new page, I wanted to re-share this piece as a reminder to never give up. A tall wall may loom in front of us, but only we can overcome it. Let’s keep moving forward!

To My Muse,

Back in 2021, you asked me to embroider a portrait of you and I just laughed it off because I thought I couldn't do it, but now it's 2026 and I'm resharing it!

As always, this piece pales in comparison to how beautiful you truly are.

This portrait was a huge step for me. When my friend first asked for it, I laughed because portraits are so intimidating! But I took on the challenge, and even though I’m still practicing, I’m so glad I pushed through.

"Hope is the only thing stronger than fear." ✨

This was a special request from a good friend back when Jisoo’s K-Drama Snowdrop was first announced. I wanted to capture the beauty of the flower that symbolizes sympathy and consolation. Because it is the first flower to bloom at the end of winter and the beginning of spring, it also signifies hope.🤍

This project was a challenge for me in terms of color flow, but it taught me so much.
