Sa bawat araw na lumalaki ka, mas lalo kong naiintindihan kung gaano kalalim ang ibig sabihin ng pagiging isang ina. Hindi lang ito tungkol sa pag-aalaga, kundi sa paggabay sa’yo habang unti-unti mong tinutuklas ang mundo.

Bilang mommy mo, hindi ko kayang alisin ang lahat ng pagsubok sa daraanan mo, pero kaya kitang ihanda. Kaya kitang mahalin nang buo. Kaya kitang ipagdasal araw-araw.

Upright time after feeding
Hold baby upright for 15–20 minutes after feeds.

Ang bilis ng panahon… parang kahapon lang, ang liit-liit mo pa, pero ngayon ang dami mo nang kayang gawin. Araw-araw kitang pinagmamasdan, at sa bawat tawa mo, sa bawat bagong milestone mo, ramdam ko kung gaano ako kaswerte na ikaw ang anak ko.

this is my 3rd day here at Hagonoy Bulacan‼️

Nakakalungkot,nakakahabagbyubgbsituation nila pang 3 days ko.na dito pero almost same pa din yung level ng tubig nila dito tuwing umaga...Hindi po eto umuulan,hightide lang sila.Ang hirap ng buhay pero mas dumagdag pa sa kanilang paghihirap yung araw araw na situation nila na hinaharap na dati hindi naman talaga nararanasan eto. Sana sana kung walang corrupt at una pa lang nilagyan nila ng d**e yung mga ilog nila dito(palaisdaan po hanapbuhay nila)maari hindi sila mgkakaganito😌😌Sana my pag asa pa🙏🙏

✅coco mama/mas masarap if fresh gata
✅sili labuyo(i used sili panigang kasi ala.avaialable labuyo)
✅garlic
✅onion
✅a little of alamang bagoong
✅salt and pepper to taste
