On October 19, 2024, at around 11 pm, Bunjoy (10 yo), KL (6 yo), Liway (3 yo), and Mikyla/Mikmik (2 yo) were going home from attending a relative’s 40-day memorial service. They were passengers of a tricycle being driven by their father, Michael, when they were met with an accident that also affected another motorcycle driver.
They were all rushed to the hospital but unfortunately, Marcus, KL, and Mikmik sustained extreme injuries and did not make it. In his last act of love as a Kuya, Marcus protected Liway and she did not sustain any injuries at all. They are survived by Liway and their mother, Myla.
Their father, Michael, is still in the hospital, falling in and out of consciousness. The tremendous grief their family is going through is unexplainable, and we are knocking at your generous hearts to help their family pay for the piling medical expenses, and the life they must continue to live after this tragic event.
