WE’RE HIRING – Compensation and Benefits Officer
📍 Onsite – Cabuyao, Laguna
FOR WALK-IN APPLICATIONS & INQUIRIES:
🕘 Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Psychology, or related field
✔ 2–4 years experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or HR operations
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR processes
✔ Experience handling payroll administration
✔ Familiar with compensation structures and benefits administration
✔ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
✔ High attention to detail and confidentiality
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
✔ Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle compensation and benefits administration
• Process payroll and government-mandated contributions
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation
• Assist with salary and benefits monitoring
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with employees regarding payroll and benefits concerns
