Year-end Audit Short-Term Rental Checklist ✨

Bago pumasok ang 2026, take some time to audit your unit and systems para ready ka sa bagong taon. Think of it as a “reset” para smoother ang bookings at guest experience mo.

Here are 6 things you should do:
1️⃣ STAY IN YOUR UNIT
Matulog ka sa sarili mong unit kahit isang gabi lang. Test the shower, AC, WiFi, lights, locks—lahat! Madali mo makikita yung small issues na pwedeng maging problem sa guests mo.

2️⃣ CHECK ALL YOUR PRIVATE AND PUBLIC REVIEWS
Basahin lahat ng reviews from the past year. Look for patterns:
• What guests complain about
• What they love
Then make a simple game plan para ma-improve mo next year.

3️⃣ DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING
Linens, towels, kitchen stuff, appliances, locks—kung pwede na lang, probably time to upgrade or fix.

4️⃣ TAKE NEW PHOTOS
Your photos = first impression. Especially kung marami sa leads mo ang nagfi-FB or IG. Make sure everything looks fresh and inviting.
