I just wanted to share few glimpse of how I filter trainees. How I choose, let’s just say who are deserving to be part of my Circle. And this is common not only in this kind of field.
Even in a scheduled meetings, trainings, coaching sessions, and virtual interviews.
Out of almost 80 sourced and aspirants inside the G form today, only 1 who responded and say,
“I will make sure to submit the task on the given deadline.”
The deadline is 2 days from now. See, this aspirant shows eagerness, dedication, willingness to learn and reasons maybe, why he said he will make sure to submit his task. This is his first ever task. The task is,
Just to navigate google workspace, write an SOP for a mock client, his business is in SaaS. He built a system for people or travelers to have easier accesswith their baggages. A software for tracking and travel security, This client would expect their operator VAs or operations team to build highly structured SOPs.
Write at least 7-10 structured and clear SOPs.
This is just a mock client. And in the real VA world, we encounter and might get this type of client that runs a SaaS company.
This simple task can be AI generated. We have a lot of resources where we can write down SOPs, you can use any format.
Why in SaaS? Because it is one of the most common, and in demand clients right now. Not just SaaS.
