I personally appreciate internships—it's how I learned the ropes and gained hands-on experience. They’re a great way for newbies to learn and grow. BUT, let’s be real—some "internships" out there aren’t about learning. They’re just a way to get client work done for free under the guise of “helping newbies.”

Everyone talks about going viral and gaining followers, but no one tells you the real rules that actually make a difference. Here’s what you need to know:
