This role is ideal for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson or Construction Coordinator based in the Philippines who wants long-term, stable work with an international team.

You will play a key role in managing projects through the building permit and construction phases, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

-Managing multiple residential projects through permit and construction stages
-Preparing and lodging building permits, report & consents, and approvals
-Coordinating engineers, consultants, and service providers

The hiring manager looked at my resume and asked,

“Why do you job-hop so often? Do you know it’s not pleasing to see one year here, one year there?”

Then I asked him back,
“Do you prefer someone with 5 years of experience…
or someone who repeated the same year 5 times?”

Next day Job offer!

Not a perfect resume.
Not a straight line.
Just a story of someone who refused to stay the same.
