We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper for a single-occupant apartment with no pets, 800 sq ft

Schedule:
* 1 day per week
* 8-hour shift

Responsibilities include:
* Full apartment cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, windows)
* Kitchen cleaning and dishwashing
* Bathroom cleaning
* Laundry and ironing clothing
* Weekly meal prep (recipes and all ingredients provided)

Requirements:
* Prior housekeeping experience
* Ability to iron clothing
* Comfortable with meal preparation
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Must speak and understand fluent English
* Verifiable references required

I’m looking for handrails similar to these, preferably in aluminum. Our height requirement is 42 inches, and we need 10-foot sections. If aluminum isn’t available, we’re open to a different metal, but we’d like them in black. We do not require installation — delivery only, as we will handle the installation ourselves.
