Are you a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Physical Therapist (PT) looking to use your healthcare knowledge in a professional office-based environment?
We are looking for qualified healthcare professionals to join our team and support a US Healthcare Client in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of medical and patient records.
💼 POSITION: Clinical Records Quality Analyst
🫁 Open to: Licensed Respiratory Therapists (RT)
🦵 Open to: Licensed Physical Therapists (PT)
📍 Location: Davao City – Office-Based
🇺🇸 Account: US Healthcare Client
💰 Starting Salary: ₱19,000/month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Review medical and patient records for accuracy and completeness
✅ Perform quality checks on clinical documentation
✅ Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information
✅ Ensure records meet established quality and documentation standards
✅ Review clinical information based on your professional healthcare knowledge
✅ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information
✅ Coordinate with internal teams regarding documentation issues and quality concerns
✅ Follow established procedures and requirements of the US healthcare client
QUALIFICATIONS
🎓 Licensed Respiratory Therapist or Physical Therapist in the Philippines
✅ Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Good written and verbal English communication skills
✅ Computer literate and comfortable working with electronic records
✅ Analytical and quality-oriented mindset
✅ BPO experience is an advantage but not required
