EHEMM!!!

Ola mga Kuyz! I just want to share my first-ever trail running adventure with the Lantaw Banud Trail Adventure Run. I never thought I could survive those high and low terrains that required so much strength and endurance! The only training I did was road running, not realizing that trail running is on a whole different level.

But by the grace of God, I was able to finish the race despite the challenging course. Just like in life, we never really know what the future holds. You may encounter ups and downs. You may feel fear at the beginning and start doubting whether you can make it. But always remember that God is your weapon. Prayer and trust in Him will be your strength to overcome anything. And always believe in yourself—because you may think you can’t, but you can!

A big thanks also to 𝙴𝙼𝚄𝙽𝙰𝙷 perfume for constantly reminding me of my faith with every scent.

It’s not called “Banud” for nothing! Such a superb experience!

Hiking from Lantaw Banud to Viper’s Peak was an unforgettable journey, but the real highlight was the final ascent to Panday Falls. The trail started with a peaceful walk through dense forests, the morning sun casting golden light through the trees. As the path became steeper, each turn revealed stunning views of rolling hills and deep valleys.

Reaching Viper’s Peak was rewarding, with its sweeping 360-degree views and crisp mountain air. But the adventure wasn’t over. The descent toward Panday Falls was challenging, with rugged trails and rocky paths testing my endurance. The sound of rushing water grew louder, pushing me forward. Finally, I arrived—Panday Falls stood tall. The cool mist and the sheer beauty of the falls made it the perfect place to rest, reflect, and take in the incredible journey.
