Belly lechon short story
Our product was innovated and realized when looking around and found out that this “lechon belly”is too rare. Surprisingly not everyone is aware that it is possible to cook lechon into a smaller portion. Since we have a small farm of hogs and other animals and most of our farmers and livestock owners are having problems with marketing their products, so our first thought is to set up a diner to make the “farm to market food” for the convenience of many consumers and to adapt to the new normal way of life, we decided to open up a small store where our products can be displayed and stored to be made available either for dine-in, take outs and delivery. We would love to become part of the solution to minimize starvation and help our economy back to life, provide opportunities to fellow farmers, business owners, and job hunters.
