You'll want to keep your business going.🙋‍♀️ Right? We all know it's not easy. BUT having the proper stance can keep you going. 😊

⚡What mindset should an entrepreneur like YOU have? ⚡

There are five attributes that you can check if it applies to you:

✅ Decisiveness – Be quick yet firm in making decisions. Let's set an example, your choosing which supplier to pick. You won't have all the time; taking too long to decide can put your business at risk.

✅Confidence – Be confident. If you're not confident enough about your product or service, so will others. You will not be able to market your product well if you're not optimistic about its benefit.

✅ Accountability – Be responsible. Whether it's good or bad actions you have made, be accountable for them. As an entrepreneur, you will shoulder everything, both triumph and failure.

✅ Resilience – Be able to recover quickly. We all make mistakes, but we should keep in mind there will always be room for learning. Learn from it and come back stronger.

✅ Humility – Be humble. Have the humility to stay footed and not be arrogant once you accomplish something. This is a significant factor in your entrepreneurial mindset.

✅ Behind-the-scenes–Take your followers to the production process or share how you pack your product. This can show more what your brand is behind those posts.

✅Trending Topics–This is best to increase your reach and engagement. Make the content relevant to your brand, like a meme that also applies to your company.

✅Tell Stories–Storytelling is an excellent way to post with sincerity. It can allow your brand to take it to a personal level. This can be why you started the business, your up-and-downs, or share tips you use.

✅Contests and giveaways–this will be loved by many! Who doesn’t love something FREE? Take advantage of this kind of post to grow your social media account. You can do this with your anniversary or special giveaway for a specific occasion.

👉 Grammar Checker - Captions are changing the game. It can help your post rank with words. Checking your grammar can set you a more professional tone. Try Grammarly or Hemingway Editor.

Success can mean:

⚡Achieving target monthly
⚡Having additional branch
⚡Overcoming failure
⚡Adding more products

and so on.

Even after failure, we should still find ways to stand back up and enjoy life. 💯 We all go through our tribulations, yet those who never surrender will succeed. 😏

Have you heard of the success stories of those great companies like Apple, Coca-Cola, and Nike? 💫 They all had their taste of failing, but if they didn't continue, they wouldn't be where they are now. 😍

Failing isn't the end but another start to continue a different path. The road you took may not be correct, so try another. 🤗 Learn and choose to continue.

📣 Before working as a Social Media Manager, I was not too fond of writing. HONESTLY, I know I'm bad at it. 🥺

Yet, I have to do better if I want to continue my career. 🙋‍♀️

Kidding aside, 😝 I have improved. I now know that my long paragraphs with no direction will not make me look smart but like a terrible writer. ☺️

What did I do? 🤫

Learn from scratch. I watched multiple videos, searched for FREE courses and started applying what I learned to my writing. (Grammarly also played a role 👌)

✨ Find the courage to take the step to improve yourself and then find the way to achieve it. 🙌

Announced last July, 📣 Facebook will launch a Feeds tab so that users can ensure they're spotting new posts from friends, Groups and the Pages they follow as they appear chronologically. "One of the most requested features for Facebook is to make sure people don't miss friends' posts," Mark Zuckerberg says. 💭

💬 According to Matt Navarra, a social media consultant, these are the changes happening:

NEW Home feed
🔹 Vertical feed
🔹Mostly Reels+Stories
🔹Algorithmic sort
🔹Lots of 'Recommend' posts
🔹Limited friends/family posts

NEW Feeds tab
🔹Chronologic sort
🔹All Friends, Family, Groups, Pages posts
🔹NO 'Recommended' posts

🤔 In my personal opinion, I like the New FEED feature as I can see updates from my friends and family alone. 🙋‍♀️ As a Social Media Manager, the Home Feed tab is sweet. Updates to the trending posts can now be visible. ✨ This change can help brands become more visible to non-followers. It can also help creators to have better engagement and reach. ⚡

Facebook adopting changes in the social media space is no surprise. 😊 They have to do updates to step up their game to remain on the top.

It may seem easy, but it isn't.😫 One post can take hours to make, from making graphics, writing a catchy hook, creating compelling captions, searching for proper hashtags and scheduling them. 📱
