Mechanics
Participants must log 35 sessions (any mix of categories) to be eligible.
Categories: ENDURANCE | STRENGTH | CREATIVITY
Kots will score based on completion, form, and creativity.
ENDURANCE (Open)
FOR TIME – Complete all prescribed sets/reps as quickly as possible.
Example: “3 rounds for time.”
15 pull ups
12 dips
30 push ups reps
30 squats reps
STRENGTH (PR)
Focus on controlled lifts and progressive overload.
Deadlift (Barbell) — Max weight attempt
Bench Press (Flat) — Max reps at set weight

Lean Physique (50–60kg): Highlight fluidity, balance, and creative movement
Bulk Physique (60–80kg): Showcase raw power, mass, and bold creativity in presentation
