Thank you for listening maam! I feel a bit better letting it all out sa responder ng NCMH Crisis Hotline. Tho it's quite impossible to forget yung nangyari last year but rest assured, kahit minsan I want to go sayonara & goodbye sa life but sheesh di naman tama yan in reality.
I will keep on taking better care of myself again [baby steps kung baga] and focus on what matters and learn to accept that what happened, happened in the past.
