Designed to feel like a lived-in brand with history, its strong typography pairs effortlessly with vibrant colors, reflecting the brand’s dynamic energy. The brand’s photography is bright and crisp, capturing sunny, well-lit moments with nostalgic halftone effects that evoke warm memories. Layouts incorporate gingham patterns, reminiscent of picnic mats, used as borders and dividers to enhance the brand’s playful and nostalgic charm. 🌳🧺

In 2022, we collaborated with Porch Coffee, a Clark-based coffee shop, to craft their brand identity. Located in a historic barnhouse built in 1904 along the Parade Grounds, the identity takes inspiration from the American and Filipino architectural elements. 🏠 Rooted in nostalgia, the design is welcoming and familiar, evoking the ease and comfort of childhood. 🍃

The brand draws inspiration from vintage Americana packaging, spring garden hues, and nostalgic picnic scenes. 🧺 Influenced by the openness of the field—the sky, light, shadows, and grass—it captures a warm, unpretentious charm.

Community is also an integral part of the brand. From illustrations that depict everyday people enjoying the wide open field to constant collaborations with other brands, Porch stays true to its identity as a community gathering space. 🪁

Alluyon in practice. 💞🤝 As the team embodies the meaning of the brand name, we are reminded that it truly takes a village to create something beautiful.

It was important for the brand that the team is able to understand and experience the ways in which coffee is farmed in the Cordilleras. The workshops and immersions allowed us to translate, to a certain extent, the daily life of our indigenous coffee farmers.

's rebrand is the work of several collaborators who all share in the brand's goals.

We're honored to collaborate with , a social enterprise, on their visual and verbal rebrand. 🤲 The entire brand identity system was inspired by the concept of interconnectedness, honoring the ceremony of our indigenous coffee farmers that is deeply rooted in nature and community. 🍃🤝

Storytelling was an integral element in the rebrand. Our constant dialogue with the Alluyon team and the community, along with regular visits to Benguet, allowed us to capture the environmental features of the place and traditional practices of the people.

turned one last June 12, on Philippine Independence Day. 🇵🇭 Exploding Galaxies is a publishing house focused on republishing out-of-print works of contemporary Philippine fiction, such as "But for the Lovers" by Wilfrido D. Nolledo and "The Three Cornered Sun" by Linda Ty-Caspar. We worked together to develop their logo and brand identity, pulling references from the golden era of the print press in the Philippines and the late David Medalla, a multidisciplinary and experimental artist who founded a multimedia artist collective called "Exploding Galaxy" in 1967.

Exploding Galaxies' books are available to purchase online via their website, Shopee, Lazada, as well as independent and major booksellers within the Philippines.

Their very name speaks to their mindset as a collective, signifying “two halves coming together” that brought about a prominent clientele from airline Cebu Pacific to Filipino heritage brands like Proudly Promdi and Archipelago. Within their inner workings, creativity in collaboration thrives with several autonomous creative directors under their name, alongside a worker-owned system that places its artists in the forefront."
