Paalala sa mga Lot Owner!!!
Wag maniniwala sa mga fake agent na pupunta sa inyo, only DITO SAQ( site acquisition manager ) ang ipapadala sa inyo kapag nasa nominal point ang inyong lupa, di nyuna kailangan mag apply dahil pin pointed na lahat ng site na pagtatayuan ng tower ng DITO, walang lump sum at walang commission, DITO SAQ lang ang authorized na pupunta sa inyo at maglalakad lahat ng paper works.
1. Hindi po "Random" or tsambahan ang mga lote na pinagtatayuan ng mga cellsite towers. Hindi porke may lote ka at gusto mong patayuan ay puwede ng patayuan.
Meron pong exact cellsite grid coordinates na manggagaling sa network planning dahil may tamang sukat po ang distansiya ng bawat tower sa isat isa at ang distansiya pong yan ay naaayon sa RF tuning at signal reach.

2. Wala pong Authorized Agents ang telco na inatasang maghanap ng mga lote at humingi ng mga kopya ng dokumento ng lote nyo, at higit sa lahat, wala pong "processing fee" o anumang fees na babayaran sa pagproproseso ng approval ng lote nyo
2. Kapag ang lote nyo ay masuwerteng napasama sa nominal "search ring" ang SAQ Officer po ang lalapit sa inyo para bigyan kayo ng offer at hingin ang inyong pahintulot na rentahan ang lote nyo.
Pero hindi lang po ang lote nyo ang lalapitan ni SAQ officer at bibigyan ng offer kundi kukuha po siya ng tatlo hanggang limang lote within the search ring na bibigyan ng parehong offer.
3. Meron pong "order of priorities" ang mga lote within the search ring na binigyan ng offer ni SAQ Officer, priority 1 ang pinakamalapit sa exact coordinates. Kapag hindi naging maayos ang negosasyon kay priority 1, kakausapin naman sina priority 2 and 3 hanggang maka secure ng conformity si SAQ Officer sa sinuman sa kanila
4. Kapag na review na ni lot owner ang proposal at pumapayag na siya sa terms, kukunin po ni SAQ Officer ang photocopies ng documents for filing at magpipirmahan na ng lease contract.
5. Wala pong lump sum, ang bayaran po ay 3 to 6 months advance plus PDC.
6. Taon taon po tumataas ang rental fee ayun sa assessment ng LGU, approximately 3.5% to 5% po ang itataas ng renta taon taon
Dito warns vs land scam
MANILA, Philippines — Upcoming third telecommunications player Dito Telecommunity Corp. is warning landowners against groups or individuals claiming to be representatives of the company for site acquisitions.
In an advisory, Dito said the locations for the construction of its towers, base stations, and other similar structures for its roll-out and launch have already been predetermined.
These were included in the plan it submitted to the government even before July last year, Dito said.
Dito said it has so far appointed four authorized representatives or vendors to assist in site acquisition namely, Huawei for North Luzon and NCR, ZTE for South Luzon and the Visayas, Nokia-Huaxin for Mindanao, and Udenna Infrastructure Corp.
“These vendors and their agents have been provided authorization letters and identification. Dito has disclosed the identities of these vendors and their agents to the respective local government units,” it said.
Dito pointed out that none of its representatives and agents promise lump sum rental payment to landowners, as the company only provides a maximum three months advance on monthly rentals to landowners based on the memorandum.
The company and any of its representatives and agents also never request or demand advance payment or processing fees from landowners, it said.
Dito said it never requests or asks for commissions from landowners.
“We wish to assure the public that anyone caught misrepresenting themselves as employees or representatives of Dito Telecommunity or any of its vendors will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” it said.
Dito, a consortium of state-owned China Telecommunications Corp. and Dennis Uy’s Udenna Corp. and Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure, vowed to make available its network for commercial use by March next year or earlier
