Job Title: Web Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive web interfaces that enhance user experience. You will work closely with our design team to understand the business requirements, design concepts and create visually appealing designs that meet the client's needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs for web applications that meet business requirements.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute user-centric design solutions.
3. Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal design solutions.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
5. Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing Web Design skills.
3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
4. Strong knowledge of web standards, design best practices, and usability principles.
5. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and present design concepts to stakeholders and teams.
6. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field.
