Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an emergency power interruption today, which may cause delays in processing some of your laundry.

With the continuous heavy rain, our pickup and delivery services may also take a little longer than usual. We completely understand that you’re looking forward to receiving your fresh, clean laundry, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause 🙏🏼

But please know, we are not rushing the process at the expense of safety 🤍

Our rider’s safety must come first, and we want to make sure he can travel safely before heading out on the road. We kindly ask for a little more patience and understanding while we wait for the weather to calm down and conditions to become safer.

Our shop remains OPEN for customers who would like to drop off or pick up their laundry personally.
