# # #๐ HOW IT WORKS / MECHANICS*
1. WEEKLY ROUNDS
- Only 4 to 6 slots per night. First come, first served.
- Perform 1 full song of your choice โ Tagalog, English, or Bicolano. Minus-one or live accompaniment allowed.
- Judging Criteria: Voice Quality 40% | Stage Presence 30% | Diction & Timing 20% | Audience Impact 10%
- The Weekly Winner move on to the Monthly Finals.
2. MONTHLY FINALS
- All weekly winners for the month compete.
- Perform 2 songs:
- The Monthly Champion wins โฑ1,500 and advances to the Grand Finals.
3. GRAND FINALS
- All Monthly Champions battle for the grand title.
- Perform 2 songs

WHO CAN JOIN?
- Male or Female
- 18 to 30 years old
- AMATEUR ONLY: No record deals, no professional singing income, no wins in major TV singing contests
RULES*
1. Registration is FREE. Message us to reserve or register on-site 1 hour before showtime.
2. Submit your song title 1 day before your battle. No explicit/profane songs.
3. Bring your minus-one on USB or phone. We have backups.
4. Pros found joining will be disqualified.
5. You can only win as Weekly Winner once per month. You can join again next month if you donโt win.
6. Judgesโ decision is final and irrevocable.

Judgesโ decision is final and irrevocable. No protests or appeals will be entertained after results are announced.
WINBAR management reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for misconduct, violation of rules, or unruly behavior.
2. Technical & Performance
Contestants are responsible for their minus one. WINBAR is not liable for corrupted files, wrong format, or USB failure. Always bring a backup.
Technical difficulties beyond WINBARโs control (power outage, equipment failure) may result in rescheduling of performances without liability.
No backup singers allowed unless announced as a special round.
3. Rights & Content
Songs must be appropriate for general audiences. Explicit, offensive, or political lyrics will result in immediate disqualification.
WINBAR may take photos/videos of performances for promotional use on social media. By joining, contestants grant permission for their likeness to be used. Contestants assume responsibility for copyright issues related to their chosen song. WINBAR is not liable for FILSCAP or other licensing claims against performers.
4. Logistics & Liability
Limited slots only: 4โ6 contestants per night. First come, first served basis during registration hours.
WINBAR is not responsible for lost personal belongings, injuries, or accidents inside the venue during the event.
Management reserves the right to change contest dates, mechanics, or prizes without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Eligibility
Contestants must be 18โ30 years old, amateur/non-pro. Anyone found misrepresenting their age or professional status will be disqualified and forfeit prizes. One entry per month only. Monthly winners will have their ultimate showdown in the September Grand Champion Event.
