To Our Dear Clients,

Recently, our Canon R50 encountered an unfortunate incident while out on a rental. Following the incident, the camera was returned to us, but it has sustained damage and will be temporarily unavailable as it undergoes assessment and repair.

As a result, Canon R50 rentals will be placed on hold until further notice. We understand that many of you were looking forward to renting it for your travels, events, and special moments, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The good news is that Hold That Moment remains open and operational. Our other services and available units will continue to be offered as we work to restore the Canon R50 back to the quality and reliability that our clients deserve.

This experience has reminded us how much trust you place in us every time you choose our services. We do not take that trust for granted, and we are committed to ensuring that every item we rent out meets the standards you have come to expect from us.
