USHADKNOW had a great session with the Business Administration students of Laguna Polytechnic State University, breaking down Strategic Management into concepts they can already apply:

• Visualizing their future
• Defining their personal mission
• Setting S.M.A.R.T.E.R. (Exciting and Rewarding) goals
• Beginning with the end in mind
• Understanding KPIs through real-life examples like how they measure and calculate the possibility of them entering their “Graduating Soon Era”

I’m always grateful to speak to future leaders — it gives me the chance to encourage them to stay informed, vote wisely - 🌸🌸🌸 (reference very much intended), and recognize the kind of leadership our country needs. It’s refreshing to see how aware and engaged they already are.

Fun moment: my talk happened during the Miss Universe coronation, and the room updated me the second the results came out.

I’m honored to have been invited to speak before the passionate teaching and non-teaching staff of Subic Bay Colleges Inc. as they take bold steps to bridge gaps in education by strengthening instructional competence and the well-being of every stakeholder.

My talk on Service-Oriented Leadership is not just about customer service—it’s about how each of us, in any role, can lead by serving. Whether in a classroom or behind the scenes,every action we take creates an impact.

With over two decades of experience in the customer service industry, I’ve learned that leadership is not about position—it’s about purpose. And that purpose? To create value in every interaction, to serve with intention, and to lead by example.
