Subangon Dumang Makers (SDM) is a producer of chili powder from siling labuyo, native and crossbreed varieties (SN: Capsicum Frutescens); and the ground hot pepper is known locally as dumang . SDM is a single proprietorship type of business engaging in agri-based micro-enterprise industry. It is located at the heart of Cateel wherein "dumang is considered a strong potential processed product utilizing local sources of material (chili production)serving as alternative cash crop for devastated areas, specifically for super typhoon Pablo victims. More recently, aside from dumang, SDM also explores marketing fresh and dried chili forms.
