It's important to do the "Pause & Play Continues." 🍂✨
Pause means to temporarily stop or rest. At this point,
You need to "Recognize" what you feel or acknowledge them. 🍂✨
Optimistically, "Reframe" the problem to shift perspectives and approach challenges more healthily. 🍂✨
Focus on calming your mind and body - "Relax".🍂✨
Continues means to resume or persist. After a pause,
You need to "Respond" to your problem mindfully, with a commitment to staying aligned with your personal values, not reacting. 🍂✨
(Reacting is often impulsive and driven by heightened emotions and stress).
So, if you feel stressed or tired, take a rest, because the sun always rises as a sign of a great tomorrow ahead. 🍂✨
