The calories you can take per day will vary from person to person, depende sa age, timbang, height, at kung gaano ka ka-active. Kaya need mong icheck kung gaanonkadami ang calorie allowance mo. Check mo sa comments for more info!

For reference, my current calorie allowance per day is 1,352 kcal and ganito ko dinidistribute:

Breakfast: 400 kcal
Lunch: 450 kcal
Snacks: 152 kcal
Dinner: 350 kcal
