“Interested but not replying” is not a lead quality issue.

It’s usually a sequencing issue.

What I see in my clients often:

Someone clicks an ad while they’re still thinking things through…

Then the next message jumps straight to promos, urgency, or booking.

From the agent’s side, it looks like ghosting.

From the buyer’s side, it feels like pressure before clarity.

So they pause.

They don’t reply.

Not because they aren’t interested, but because it’s too much and too fast.

When ads and messages match where buyers actually are mentally, conversations feel lighter, and replies come naturally.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not doing anything wrong.

Your system just needs structure.

Umaasa sa referrals, o di kaya nagpo-post lang kung kailan nila gusto...



Pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa ring consistent na high quality leads, yung masasabi mong seryosong buyers or sellers talaga.

Alam mo kung bakit?

Kasi mali ang tinatarget at walang clear na ad strategy.

Simple lang, 'di ba?

Instead of running strategic ads na fit for the right audience, ang nangyayari, paulit-ulit lang ang posting or DMs pero walang direction.

Pero kapag na-set up mo 'yung tamang campaign na fit sa right market

Mas madali mong matatanggal yung main reason ng lead problems at pagod sa kaka-follow up sa wrong people.

IF starting ka palang then small pa ang ad budget mo then start ka dun.

IF scaling business ka na then mas malaki na ad budget mo then continue investing 6 digits.

What matters is you work with what you currently have.
