For Rianne, malaking bagay yung FAMA kasi hindi na niya kailangang mag-ikot-ikot at mag-figure out ng lahat on her own.

May framework.

FAMA ISN’T MAGIC. YOU STILL HAVE TO SHOW UP.

For Leilanie, hindi lang career ang nag-grow sa journey niya sa FAMA.

Pati yung confidence niya, communication skills, time freedom, at mindset.

Pero may isang bagay siyang natutunan:

Hindi magic ang FAMA.

Hindi enough na natuto ka lang. Kailangan mo ring mag-take action, i-apply yung natutunan mo, at patuloy na mag-show up.

Kasi kahit gaano kaganda yung framework or strategy, kung hindi mo naman ginagamit, walang mangyayari.

Hindi overnight ang growth.

It happens when you keep showing up, taking action, and staying consistent.

Learn. Apply. Take action. Stay consistent.

Kasi consistency talaga ang isa sa biggest keys to growth. 🤍

HINDI LANG SKILL ANG KULANG.

Before FAMA, Leilanie thought she needed to learn more skills.

Pero habang tumatagal, na-realize niya na hindi lang pala skill ang kailangan niya.

Confidence. Structure. Strategy.

After going through FAMA, mas naging confident siya sa pag-audit ng backend ng client, pag-intindi ng business, at pagbuo ng sariling workflow and strategy.

And that confidence changed how she shows up.

From doubting herself before, ngayon mas confident na siyang mag-charge, makipag-usap sa clients, at stand by the strategy she brings to the table.

Kasi minsan, hindi naman talaga kulang sa skill.

Kulang lang tayo sa structure at confidence para ma-own yung skills na meron na tayo.
