Please be informed that starting 13 June 2023, walk-in applications for expedite processing of STCW certificates will no longer be accepted.

Requests for expedite processing shall be filed and processed online. Concerned seafarers are advised to coordinate with their company or Licensed Manning Agency for proper endorsement for filing expedite processing.

All seafarers and concerned stakeholders are enjoined to familiarize with the online processing and plan for deployment accordingly.
