Minsan, experience talaga.

Court Highlight: Vanta Pickleball Lounge

Nainvite kami ng friends namin dito and from the name itself, lounge talaga siya.

Hindi lang siya pickleball court.

Parang tambayan, play area, and hangout spot in one.

Court muna tayo.

3 US standard silica courts.

Super ganda ng spacing, good lighting, hindi nakakasilaw, and well ventilated.

Facility wise, dito sila malakas.

Separate men’s and women’s toilets with shower.

May beverages available and pwede ka rin magdala ng food.

Kahit lechon pa raw. 😂

May aircon mezzanine lounge para sa non playing guests or gusto lang mag chill.

Sa baba naman, maluwag din yung waiting area for players.

Parking is huge and more than enough for the current crowd.

One thing I also noticed, maayos yung staff.

Very welcoming, marunong mag host, and hindi ka feel na parang istorbo ka lang.

For open play, paddle stacking gamit nila.

Normally medyo kabado ako sa stacking kasi minsan biglang nawawala ka sa pwesto. 😂

Pero dito, organized.

Maayos yung rack and safe yung paddles.

May ₱100 facility fee which includes unli WiFi, water, and ice.

Pero pinaka nagustuhan ko dito?

Yung community.

Kung bago ka or mag isa ka lang pumunta, hindi ka maiilang.

Super friendly ng mga tao and open for all levels.

Yung mga kasama naming beginners, nakapaglaro nang relaxed kasi hindi yung tipong bawat bola kailangan patayin.

Although may isang kasabay kami na mukhang dayo rin na puro palo…

may warning na nga sa Reclub. 😂

Hindi kami yun ha. 🙈

Overall, kung malapit lang samin tong court na to, paniguradong maya’t maya kami nandito.

Excited na nga kami bumalik.

Pickleball taught me something I badly needed to learn.

Patience.

Hindi mo pwedeng madaliin lahat ng tira.

Pag minadali mo yung rally, mas mataas chance na ikaw mismo ang gumawa ng error.

Ganun din pala sa buhay.

Minsan sobrang nagmamadali tayo dahil pakiramdam natin nahuhuli na tayo.

Successful na si ganito.

Nakaangat na si ganyan.

May bahay na sila.

Lumalaki na negosyo nila.

Pero yung preparation bago nila nakuha lahat ng yun, madalas hindi natin nakikita.

Parang sa pickleball.

Hindi lahat ng bola kailangan patayin agad.

Minsan kailangan mo munang mag setup.

Maghintay.

Maghanda.

Hanggang dumating yung tamang bola.

Yung easy shot.

Kaya wag masyadong ma pressure sa timeline ng ibang tao.

Prepare well.

Set yourself up.

Then take your shot when the timing is right.

hindi mo kailangan ng mas malakas na palo. Kailangan mo ng mas utak na tira.

Sa pickleball, minsan mas nakakapatay ng rally yung tamang placement kaysa puro power.

Hindi mo kailangan laging bumira.

Minsan kailangan mo lang ilagay yung bola kung saan ayaw nilang puntahan.

Power looks good.

Placement wins points.

Court Highlight: Common Ground Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Sumali kami sa open play ng Gingerplay Pickleball Club dito and honestly, ang saya niya as family time.

Court muna tayo.

4 indoor courts with silica flooring.

Okay yung spacing ng courts, maganda rin yung colors, at hindi nakakasilaw yung lighting.

Well ventilated din kaya hindi mainit kahit matagal kayong naglalaro.

Facility wise, very simple siya.

As in court talaga.

One CR for both men and women.

Maluwag yung waiting area with enough tables and chairs.

Maganda rin na bawat court rental may harang, so kung may ibang group na kasabay or may nagtraining, hindi masyadong magulo.

Parking is also easy since warehouse compound siya.

One thing to remember though, walang food or drinks available nearby.

So bring your own.

Now for Gingerplay Pickleball Club.

Ito yung part na pinaka nagustuhan ko.

They use PickleQ for open play, hindi stacking, and sobrang bait ng community.

Parang nagsimula lang siya as family bonding, tapos dumami yung gustong makalaro hanggang naging club and community na.

Kaya siguro iba rin yung vibe.

Hindi ka parang bisita.

Parang kasama ka agad sa pamilya.

Open for all levels, and kung may kids kayo, may mga bata rin silang kasabay maglaro.

Common Ground is a solid court if ang goal mo lang is to play.

Pero Gingerplay makes the experience feel more personal.
