English Content Creator (Non-ESL Teaching Role)
🌟 **Position Overview** 🌟
Join our dynamic team as an English Content Creator Intern! This is NOT an ESL teaching position. The role focuses on content creation, student management, and administrative support.
**Responsibilities:**
Student Management & Feedback
Communicate with students via KakaoTalk, answering questions and assigning homework.
Provide feedback and track student progress.
Maintain student portfolios documenting improvements.
Content Creation
Develop lesson materials and learning programs tailored to different learners.
Plan and organize English content based on student needs.
Research & Administrative Support
Conduct research to improve educational materials.
Assist with administrative tasks to help improve company systems.
**Internship Options:**
1. Full-Time Internship (8 hours/day)
Trial Period: 2 Days (1 PM - 10 PM KST)
Compensation:
1,000 PHP (successful trial)
300 PHP (if evaluation is low but tasks are completed)
No compensation if trial is revoked
Internship Period: 2 Weeks (1 PM - 10 PM KST)
Salary: Based on evaluation (30% - 70% of formal salary)
2. Part-Time Internship (4 hours/day)
Trial Period: 4 Days (1 PM - 5 PM KST or 6 PM - 10 PM KST)
Compensation:
1,000 PHP (successful trial)
300 PHP (if evaluation is low but tasks are completed)
No compensation if trial is revoked
Internship Period: 4 Weeks (1 PM - 5 PM KST or 6 PM - 10 PM KST)
Salary: Based on evaluation (30% - 70% of formal salary)
Post-Internship:
Full-time employment is offered for successful interns, with a starting salary of 30,000 PHP.
Salary increases by 5,000 PHP every two months until it reaches 60,000 PHP.

**Work Schedule**
Work Hours: 1 PM - 5 PM & 6 PM - 10 PM KST
For successful hired interns, one-hour break is given within an 8-hour-shift
