Feeling overwhelmed with all the apps, CRMs, and automations? Youâre not alone.
Many coaches, especially solo-preneurs, feel like theyâre drowning in a sea of tech tools.
âWait, did I set this follow-up? Did my client get the email? UghhhâŚâ Sound familiar?
Tip #1: One tool at a time. Seriously. Donât try to master every app in one day.
Pick one CRM or scheduling system that fits your business, and focus on that this week.
Once youâve learned the basics, then you can add the next feature or integration. Less stress, more confidence.
Tip #2: Templates are your BFF. Automations, emails, messagesâdonât create everything from scratch. Have pre-made templates you can tweak.
Goal? Reduce thinking time so you can spend more energy on your clients.
Tip #3: Schedule tech time, not random panic sessions. Set aside 30â60 minutes per week just for updating systems or checking workflows.
No need to do it every day. Random âoh no, did I forget something?â sessions kill productivity.
Tip #4: Checklists over memory. Even if youâre skilled, youâre human. We forget things.
Write everything downâwhat emails need sending, who to follow-up with, which appointments need confirming. Easy and stress-free.
Tip #5: Celebrate small wins. Finished a workflow? Yes! Learned a new feature? Go you!
Every small step counts toward becoming tech-savvy without burnout.
Remember: Tools are meant to help you, not haunt you. You donât need to be perfect; you just need a system that works for YOU.
Mic drop: If you can manage tech without stress, you can also level up your coaching without the headache. Boom.
