We are seeking a creative and talented Website Designer to join our growing team. As a Website Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, with a focus on user experience and aesthetics.

Location: Remote

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Website Designer with a portfolio of past work.
- At least 1 of experience with a focus on understanding and meeting client’s unique needs.
- Proficient in using Figma
- Proficiency in Elementor and Bricks (a plus but not required)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and ideas.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in web design.
- Experience in working with non-profit and mission-driven companies is preferred but not required.

Type of Work:
Contractual with a chance of hiring for full-time position after 6 months

Definitely one of my favorite website designs we did last year -- and yes, I'm biased because they're also my favorite client. 👯‍♀️

We did more than just redesign the website. We also worked on visitor's journey, user experience, interface, booking plug-ins, and more.

The major result we gave the client after less than a month is increase their Avg. Session Duration (time spent within the website) to 200%.

The more time your clients spend time on your website, the more hooked they are to booking an appointment with your business.
