~ SYSTEM INTEGRATION UPDATE
We wish to inform all our Dealers that the recent System Integration of the New Airline Ticketing Portal was a success in most parts of the IT Works. However, there are some incidents of errors from the international bookings, though some bookings are successful. At this point, these are identified to be unavoidable glitches that are repairable. In most cases, like in traditional bookings from different travel and tours, the only way to fix such problems is by informing the providers (in our platform- Topdeals serves as provider to Dealers).
With this being said, we are encouraging those who might encounter such problem in the coming days to:
1. Make a screenshot copy of the reports or status from your own ticketing portal and submit to Topdeals CSR (Facebook Messenger) the attachment/s.
2. Make sure you follow instructions given by Topdeals CSR.
3. There will be different scenarios per dealer, so make sure that the concerns are clearly explained to the Topdeals CSR.
4. Lastly, as business people, we request that we handle every situation with patience and professionalism.
Our main objective in explaining the eventualities correspond to our commitment to all our Dealers and Partners BCs and MFs that we may be transparent yet proactive as we progress in this venture of Topdeals e-commerce platform.
