Wala nang mas isa-Sarsaya® pa ang hapunan with this Chicken Adobo recipe!
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo pork liempo, adobo cut
1/4 kilo chicken thigh, adobo cut
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups water
3 tbsp vinegar
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp black pepper corn
2 to 3 pcs bay leaf
3 tbsp SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine pork, chicken and soy sauce. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Sear meat on all sides.
3. Remove excess oil then add water, vinegar, garlic, pepper and bay leaf.
4. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
5. Add SARSAYA® Oyster Sauce. Mix well and cook over medium to high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
