Yesterday, I was in a meeting with a client.
They had 500+ Google reviews.

Sounds strong, right?

But here’s the problem…
They weren’t showing up on Google.

Not even on page 1.
Not even in top 15 results.

We tested multiple keywords.
Nothing.

Meanwhile…
Competitors with:
• 15 reviews
• 75 reviews
• 111 reviews
…were ranking above them.

Why?
Because of ONE mistake.

Their reviews were generic.

اصل کامیابی ایڈ چلانے سے پہلے شروع ہوتی ہے… اُس اسٹریٹجی سے جو یہ طے کرتی ہے کہ آپ کا ایڈ چلے گا بھی یا صرف بجٹ خرچ کرے گا۔

آج کے دور میں ایڈ چلانا مشکل نہیں رہا… چند کلکس میں کوئی بھی کیمپین سٹارٹ ہو جاتی ہے۔
مگر اصل سوال یہ نہیں کہ ایڈ کیسے چلائیں…
اصل سوال یہ ہے کہ ایڈ پرفارم کرے گا یا نہیں؟
اور اس کا جواب ہمیشہ ایڈ سے پہلے کی پلاننگ میں چھپا ہوتا ہے۔

سب سے پہلے ہم یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ بزنس اصل میں بیچ کیا رہا ہے…
صرف پروڈکٹ نہیں… بلکہ وہ مسئلہ جو وہ حل کر رہا ہے۔
جب تک کسٹمر کا پین پوائنٹ واضح نہ ہو… ایڈ کا میسج کبھی دل تک نہیں پہنچتا۔

اس کے بعد ہم بزنس کی یو ایس پی کو ڈیفائن کرتے ہیں…
یعنی وہ خاص بات جو اسے باقی سب سے مختلف بناتی ہے۔
اگر یہ واضح نہ ہو تو ایڈ صرف ایک اور عام ایڈ بن کر رہ جاتا ہے… جسے لوگ نظر انداز کر دیتے ہیں۔

پھر آتا ہے مارکیٹنگ اینگل…
ایک ہی چیز کو مختلف انداز سے پیش کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
کبھی مسئلہ دکھا کر… کبھی نتیجہ دکھا کر… کبھی اعتماد پیدا کر کے۔
یہ اینگل طے کرتا ہے کہ آپ کس ذہنیت کے کسٹمر سے بات کر رہے ہیں۔

اس کے بعد سب سے اہم چیز ہوتی ہے میسج اور ٹون۔
اگر کسٹمر ابھی صرف جاننے کے مرحلے میں ہے تو بات کرنے کا انداز مختلف ہوگا…
اگر وہ سوچ رہا ہے تو انداز بدل جائے گا…
اور اگر وہ خریدنے کے قریب ہے تو زبان اور بھی واضح اور سیدھی ہو جائے گی۔

یہی وہ جگہ ہے جہاں زیادہ تر لوگ غلطی کرتے ہیں…
وہ ہر کسی سے ایک ہی انداز میں بات کرتے ہیں…
اور پھر کہتے ہیں کہ ایڈ کام نہیں کر رہا۔

اس کے بعد ہم مکمل فنل کو دیکھتے ہیں…
کہ ایڈ دیکھنے کے بعد کسٹمر کہاں جائے گا؟
وہاں اسے کیا نظر آئے گا؟
کیا اس کا کنفیوزن ختم ہوگا یا بڑھے گا؟
کیونکہ اگر ایڈ کچھ اور کہے اور آگے جا کر تجربہ کچھ اور ہو…
تو بہترین ایڈ بھی کنورژن نہیں دے سکتا۔

یہاں ایک سادہ سی بات سمجھ لیں:
ایڈ صرف دروازہ کھولتا ہے…
اندر کا سسٹم ہی فیصلہ کرتا ہے کہ سیل ہوگی یا نہیں۔
اسی لیے ہم ایڈ چلانے سے پہلے یہ سب کچھ ڈیفائن کرتے ہیں…
تاکہ ہمیں اندازہ ہو کہ کون سا میسج کام کرے گا…
کون سا اینگل رزلٹ دے گا…
اور کہاں بہتری کی ضرورت ہے۔

یہی وہ فرق ہے جو ایک عام ایڈ اور ایک پرفارم کرنے والے ایڈ میں ہوتا ہے۔

آخر میں ایک بات یاد رکھیں:
“ایڈ کی کامیابی اس کے ڈیزائن میں نہیں… اس کے پیچھے کی سوچ میں ہوتی ہے۔”

اگر اسٹریٹجی واضح ہے…
تو ایڈ خود بولتا ہے، خود پہنچتا ہے اور خود رزلٹ دیتا ہے۔

اور اگر اسٹریٹجی نہیں ہے…
تو ایڈ صرف بجٹ خرچ کرتا ہے۔
