*📜 PakTrend Mart Operating & Order Dispatch Policy*
1. **Operating Hours**
* Official working hours: **8:00 AM – 2:00 PM** (Monday to Saturday)
Orders can be placed **anytime** online, but processing and dispatch follow the schedule below.
2. **Order Processing & Dispatch**
Orders placed before 2:00 PM* will be Dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM* will be Dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will still be *booked immediately* for processing.
3. **Sunday Schedule**
Sunday is *non-operational* for dispatch due to courier service holiday.
Orders will still be booked on Sundays but dispatched the following Monday.
4. **Customer Support**
*Available 24/7*, including Sundays and holidays.
