Habib Rafiq Engineering (HRL Group) signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan to drive collaboration in infrastructure, urban development, mining, and industrial projects, reflecting both nations’ commitment to sustainable economic growth.

The agreement was signed by Vice Chairman Jahenzaib Zahid and Deputy Minister Shokhrukh Kh. Gulamov, and witnessed by Minister Laziz Sh. Kudratov and Haroon Akhtar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister and Minister-in-Charge for Industries and Production, alongside senior officials and business leaders from both sides.

This partnership strengthens bilateral ties, promotes joint ventures, and enables knowledge sharing between Pakistan and Uzbekistan, marking a significant step toward deeper private-sector engagement and regional connectivity.
