Everyone assumes the hard part of an AI UGC ad is the face.
For this one, it wasn't. π
This is a 15-second ad I built for an Indian perfume brand β Al Jayyid Galleria, a fragrance called Alpine Mist. Woman in a car, perfume spray, straight-to-camera pitch. Classic UGC shape.
The face was the easy part. Lock a reference image, keep the wardrobe and features consistent, done.
What actually took the work:
β³ The dialogue had to be real Hinglish, not translated English β "Oey yaar, kya khushboo hai" lands completely differently than a stiff formal line ever would
β³ The background needed real Mumbai, not generic city β auto-rickshaws, an Andheri West road sign, Devanagari text sitting in the blur
β³ The camera had to look like an iPhone held by a passenger, not a rig β jitter, exposure shifts, a slightly wrong angle
β³ Silence, mostly. No music. Just cabin ambience and the actual spray sound
Cut any one of those and the ad still "works." It just stops feeling like it was made for the person watching it, instead of translated at them.

PS β The negative-prompt list for this one was almost as long as the actual script. Most of the work in making something feel real is telling the model everything it's not allowed to fake.
